Where can I apply for an apartment?

Use the application form to indicate which apartment you prefer.

How many homes for sale will be built?

The first construction phase comprises 266 apartments across Plaza, Terrace and Vista.

The first sales phase of Plaza offers 56 apartments for sale. The remaining 40 will follow later. Vista offers 20 apartments for sale.

What types of homes will be available?

The development includes a mix of apartments for sale and for rent, with different sizes and price categories. The varied apartment types cater to different households at every stage of life. The plan includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

What are the selling prices?

We announce the selling prices on the website before sales begin.

Which parties are involved in sales and construction

The developers and builders are Slokker Vastgoed and Ten Brinke. The apartments are sold by Hans Janssen Makelaars and ST Makelaars (Strijbosch Thunnissen).

Can you help me sell my current home?

The developer only handles the sale of the new homes. You arrange the sale of your current home yourself, but you are welcome to use one of this project’s selling agents for that purpose.

How will the buildings and apartments be made accessible?

The buildings and apartments have step-free access, making them accessible to wheelchair users and people using other mobility aids.

Do first-time buyers receive priority when buying a home?

No, there are no priority rules for first-time buyers in the sale of these homes.

When does allocation begin, and how does it work?

The first apartments in Plaza are now on sale, and Vista is in pre-sale. We will keep you informed step by step about the sales process, including applications, allocation and other important information about the first homes being offered.

Are pets allowed in the homes and the SPOT24 neighbourhood?

Yes, pets are allowed.

What parking and garage facilities will SPOT24 offer?

Parking facilities for residents and visitors will be provided in and around Terrace, Plaza and Vista.

For Tenants

Will social housing also be developed?

Yes! SPOT24 combines homes for sale and rental homes, including social housing. With a mix of homes, sizes and price categories, the development caters to different households at every stage of life.

Where can I enquire about renting a home?

In due course, tenants will be able to contact a housing association or letting agent. We will share more information later. In the meantime, you can register your interest in a rental home through our website. We will keep you informed about the rental homes through newsletters.

How many rental homes will be built?

The first construction phase includes 150 rental apartments: 95 in Terrace and 55 in Vista. Terrace’s apartments are in the mid-market rental segment, while Vista’s are in the private sector. Social housing is expected to be included in a later phase.

Building Process

When will the work start?

Groundwork and demolition have already started. Construction is expected to begin in early 2027.

What will the development look like?

The images on our website give an impression of the development. Please note: the images are intended to provide a general impression of the project. No rights can be derived from them.

How can I stay informed about the work and progress?

The first preparatory work for SPOT24 has already been completed, and more work will follow in the coming period. We use the BouwApp to keep you informed about the work, progress and other developments on site.

How can I stay informed about any disruption caused by construction work?

We also use the BouwApp to share information about work that may cause disruption. This keeps local residents and others involved informed in good time about what is happening on and around the construction site.
