Step 1 (ongoing): Sign up

Step 2: Financial check

Plaza is now on sale! Interested in an apartment? It is a good idea to understand your financial options early on. You may want to use the equity in your current home or find out what is affordable for you. You can request a free financial check from one of our partners: Hans Janssen Hypotheken, Rabobank or Roelofs Hypotheken. You can upload your financial check in the online application form during the sales launch.

Please note: uploading a positive financial check gives you priority in the allocation process.

Step 3: Plaza sales launch (now)

Applications for SPOT24 are submitted entirely online. The application period closes on Monday 19 October 2026 at 23:59. You can now apply for your preferred apartments by logging in to your account. The application form will appear immediately. We will ask for several details: your preferred apartment(s), your contact details and those of your partner, if applicable, and a document from your mortgage adviser showing that you can finance the home.

How to apply:

• Explore the apartments using the home selector
• Read all sales documents in the home selector or on the downloads page
• Go to your personal account
• Select up to 10 apartments
• Upload your financial check
• Complete and digitally sign the application form

Only digitally signed applications will be considered for allocation.

Step 4: Allocation of the apartments

The apartments will be allocated from 20 October. Please note: this is an allocation process, not a lottery.

Within one week of the closing date, you will hear whether your preferred apartment has been allocated to you. If it has, the estate agent will call you and invite you to a meeting.

If your preferred apartment has not been allocated to you, you will be informed and placed on the reserve list. If the prospective buyer withdraws, you may still be contacted.

Step 5: Personal meeting with the estate agent

During the meeting, the estate agent will explain the apartment and review the contract documents with you: the sales documentation, draft purchase and construction agreement, and draft deed of transfer. This will help you make a well-considered purchase decision.

Step 6: Signing the agreement

After the meeting, you will have a one-week option on the apartment. During this week, you can decide whether to proceed with the purchase. If you decide to buy, the estate agent will prepare the purchase and construction agreement for you. If you decide not to buy, your option on the apartment will expire.

Vista pre-sale (now)

Vista’s pre-sale has started! The website now includes a home selector with details for each apartment, including specifications and indicative price ranges. This makes it easy to explore which apartments you prefer. Submitting your preferences during the pre-sale also gives you priority in the allocation process during official sales.

How do you submit your preferences?

• Open the home selector on the website
• Explore all apartment numbers and choose your favourite(s)
• Click “Yes, this apartment number is my preference”
• Log in to your personal account. Don’t have an account yet? Sign up first
• Submit up to 10 preferences
• Complete the additional questionnaire about your interest in a parking space and/or storage unit through your personal account

Good to know: submitting your apartment preferences during the pre-sale is non-binding and is not an official application. It does not commit you to anything, but it increases your chance of receiving priority in the final allocation process.
