Step 2 (now): Unit number preferences

The pre-sale of Plaza has started! The website has been expanded with an interactive map where you can find all the details for each apartment, such as specifications and price ranges. This allows you to easily explore which apartments match your preferences. In addition, you will receive priority during the official sales process of Plaza if you submit your preferences during the pre-sale.

How do you submit your preference(s)?

1. Go to the interactive map on the website
2. View all unit numbers and choose your favorite(s)
3. Click “Yes, this unit number is my preference”
4. Log in via your personal account. Don’t have an account yet? Please register first
5. Submit up to 10 preferences

Step 3: Financial check

Are you interested in an apartment? It is wise to already gain insight into your financial possibilities. You may want to use the equity from your current home or find out what is financially feasible for you.

Via the button below, you can download the feasibility document on the website. You can have this completed by your financial advisor. This way, you will know where you stand and receive priority in the allocation of the homes during the sales process.

Step 4: Start of sales Plaza

Registration for the Spot24 project is fully digital. From the sales launch, you can register for the unit numbers of your preference by logging into your account. The registration form will appear immediately.

When completing the form, we will ask for several details. These include the apartment(s) you are interested in, your contact details and those of your partner (if applicable), and a document from your mortgage advisor as proof that you are able to finance the home.

Only digitally signed registrations will be considered for the allocation of the homes.

Step 5: Allocation of the homes

After the official registration period, the apartments will be allocated. Please note: this is an allocation process, not a lottery.

Within one week after the closing date, you will be informed whether the apartment of your preference has been allocated to you. If your preferred apartment is allocated to you, the real estate agent will call you and invite you for a meeting.

If your preferred apartment is not allocated to you, you will be informed and placed on the reserve list. If the potential buyer withdraws, you may still be contacted.

Step 6: Personal meeting with the real estate agent

During the personal meeting, the real estate agent will inform you about the apartment and go through the contract documents (sales documentation, draft purchase and construction agreement, and draft deed of transfer) so that you can make a well-considered purchase decision.

Step 7: Signing the agreement

After the meeting with the real estate agent, you will receive a one-week option on the apartment. During this week, you can decide whether you want to purchase the apartment. If you decide to proceed, the real estate agent will prepare the contracts (purchase and construction agreement) for you. If you decide not to purchase the apartment, your option on the apartment will expire.
