These apartments have a smart layout. The bright living room with an open kitchen faces south and opens onto the outdoor space, allowing you to make the most of the sunshine. Thanks to its efficient floor plan, this apartment feels surprisingly comfortable.
Type B apartments are located on the ground floor and have a spacious south-facing terrace with direct access from the living room. The larger living space gives you more room to move and more flexibility in arranging your home.
Type Ba is the most spacious ground-floor apartment, with approximately 58 m² of living space. The living room with an open kitchen is bright and generously laid out, with direct access to a spacious south-facing terrace.
Type C is an efficiently and comfortably laid-out one-bedroom apartment. The living room and balcony face south, filling your home with natural light.
Park your car in the two-level parking facility underneath and next to the building. The basement is for residents, while the deck also offers spaces for visitors. This keeps parking close to home. An optional parking space costs €25.000, purchase costs included (v.o.n.). A maximum of one parking space is available per apartment, subject to availability.
Bicycle storage is conveniently arranged, with shared storage areas and a separate bicycle entrance. Each apartment has two allocated bicycle spaces. Private bicycle storage units are also available: an optional storage cupboard of approximately 3,5 m² costs €12.500, and an optional storage unit of approximately 5 m² costs €17.500, purchase costs included (v.o.n.). A maximum of one storage cupboard or storage unit is available per apartment, subject to availability. Waste disposal facilities are also located in the basement, neatly out of sight and easy to reach.
